Over 40+ years of experience supporting people across the world, in person and virtually.

About Michel R. Rener

Over the last 30 years, I have designed and implemented personal development and leadership programmes for parents, teachers, and adolescents in Europe, Africa and Central Asia. I have also helped hundreds of individuals through 1-2-1 coaching.

My aim is to support people along their life journey and create a safe, respectful, non-judging and compassionate environment to enable individuals discover and tap into their innate qualities and find ways to fulfil their deepest aspirations.

I am fascinated by the new research in positive neuroplasticity, mindfulness, affective neuroscience and I endeavour to translate its discovery in my work.

I am certified as a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Instructor from Brussels University’s Health and Life Sciences Department and am now studying to become a Mindfulness Facilitator’s trainer at the same University.

I have been educated at the University of Brussels as an Educational Psychologist (MSc), a Teacher Trainer (Post Graduate Degree) and the NLP University UCLA as an NLP Consultant and Trainer. I am certified as a Mediator from ADR UK.

I am also a father of two grown up sons and now a grandfather to a grandson and granddaughter.

  • I lead the MBSR (Mindful-Based Stress Reduction) programme (the most scientifically tested and well-established mindfulness training programme) and tailor made workshops that support individuals, parents, their children and organisations to experience the power, gentleness and beauty of mindfulness.

My Services

  • I support parents to nurture their own wellbeing through a range of simple and easy tools, methods, strategies and practices that produce sustainable positive relationships with their children, their family and themselves .
